She has a passion for positive living, mind-body wellness, and individual and organizational social-emotional leadership, and in 2015 received her Certification in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) from NYC’s Flourishing Center.Ĭory is committed to blending excellence in theatre education and production with inclusive, socially conscious community development, allowing her to help broaden and build the unique voices of the students and performers she is lucky enough to work with! Cory has taught youth classes at The Brecksville Theatre, Huntington Playhouse, Great Lakes Theatre Festival, and with Weathervane Playhouse’s in-school theatre education program, and assistant directed many productions at Near West Theatre, where she most recently directed a multi-generational and multicultural production of 1776.Īn alumna of Baldwin-Wallace University, Cory went on to specialize in Children’s Theatre and Devised Theatre at the University of Hull in Scarborough, England, where she also completed her dissertation in Creative Writing. Kringle & Company, she is approaching her 16th year as Performance Director of Kringle’s Inventionasium Experience at Tower City Center, and is excited to reopen to their 17,000+ annual guests this Christmas. Then, we’ll choose acts together to put on a talent show at the end of our class that is all Uniquely You.
